15 littleneck clams
2 links chorizo
1 pound baby red potatoes
1 medium yellow onion
1 bottle lager beer
1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0 parsley and lemon garnish
- Place the Copper Chef pan on medium heat for 1 minutes.
- Add in the oil, chorizo and onions, cook for 3-4 min
- Next add in the remaining ingredients. Pour in the beer, and stir.
- Cover and cook for 15-20 min until all the shellfish have opened up
- When all the shellfish are open garnish with parsley.
- Squeeze lemon wedge and Enjoy.
