12  ounce  Can German Lager  
2  cup  whole milk  
8  ounce  cream cheese   
2  cup  Shredded Cheddar Cheese  
0.25    small red cabbage, shredded  
8  ounce  bratwursts, fully cooked, cut into medallions  
1  pound  elbow macaroni  
1  pinch  Salt and pepper to taste  

Directions
Bring the beer to a simmer in a Copper Chef over medium-high heat. Reduce by half. Add the milk and bring to a simmer. Add the cream cheese, cheddar and cabbage. Stir until the cheese is fully melted. Add the bratwurst and elbows and stir to coat with the cheese sauce; season to taste. Serve immediately.
