0.5 cup mild cheddar, shredded
1.75 cup Fontina cheese, shredded
1.75 cup mild Swiss, shredded
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
0.25 teaspoon White Pepper
1 cup champagne
1. In a large bowl, combine the cheeses with the cornstarch and the pepper toss to combine.
2. In a Copper Skillet, bring the champagne to a simmer. Add the cheeses. Cook, stirring constantly until the cheese is fully melted.
3. Transfer to Fondue pot to maintain warm.
4. Use skewer or Fondue forks to dip into the cheese
Serve with assorted dippers. (apples, bread cubes, steak cubes, broccoli florets)
